SAFETY & POLICIES
ALL THINGS CHEER & DANCE AUSTRALIA SAFEGUARD POLICY
At ATC&D the health, safety and security of our customers are our top priorities.
Effective immediately with the support and expectation of the IASF, ATC&D will be implementing a NEW enhanced safeguarding policy with extensive measures to ensure that all in attendance at our events are verified and cleared. Please note that all of our staff will be verified and cleared in order to work the event.

COACHES VERIFICATION PROCESS
In order to receive coaches credentials and access at ATC&D events all coaches will need to physically come to registration ans provide a physical copy of the following items at registration:
1. Photo Identification
2. Working with children credentials
3. Coaches credentials
4. Confirm that they acknowledge the code of conduct
5. Confirm that the have received and read a copy of the 2025 Perth Showdown Coaches Packet
6. Acknowledge that the IASF and ACSA rules will be implemented and upheld throughout the competition and its totality.
*This is for coaches, trainers, team moms, photographers, entourage, etc.
** Gym owners may not pick up credentials for staff, only their athletes.
MEDIA POLICY
1. There will be no outside photography, or videography allowed.
a) Parents will be allowed to videotape from VIP section with their phones.
Security will only ask one time for anyone seen violating the policy.
2. Going live on social media platforms is stricly prohibitied inside the venue.
WORLDS TEAMS
1. Roster verification for all IASF division teams and bid eligible teams will be required at registration.
2. A physical copy of the Bid acceptance form for final confirmation and cross checking.
3. A photo copy must be prpvided on site in alphabetial order of first name at registration.
WORLDS TEAM WARM UP VERIFICATION POLICY
All worlds team rosters will be checked at warm up at check in. There will be a special line up area for Worlds Teams to line ip 10 mins before their check in.
1. An ATC&D offical will verify the verified IASF roster from roster verification. The verified IASF roster will be used at warm up check-in every time the team enters.
2. Arrive with your team in a line in alphabetical order my first name.
3. Coaches and personnel will be verified first with their IASF ID in hand.
4. Must have on their coaches lanyard.
5. Provide a photo of each athlete's passport on your phone.
SUMMIT TEAMS
1. Roster verification for all IASF division teams and bid eligible teams will be required at registration.
2. A physical copy of Bid acceptance form for final confirmation and cross checking.
WARM UP ROOM POLICY
The warm up room is off limits for anyone that does not have credentials to be there.
1. Only coaches of the teams in warm up or authorised program personnel and or ATC&D employees will be authorised in warm up.
2. Anyone attempting to access the warn up room must show proof of access. You must be on a roster that is in the area.
3. Violators will be removed by security.
IASF WORLDS BID DECLARATION
On behalf of All Things Cheer and Dance Australia. The Western Australia Showdown will be awarding bids to the 2025 IASF World Cheerleading and Dance Championships. Worlds bids are open to all eligible teams in attendance that meet the outline criteria in this declaration. All bid recipients programs and athletes must be in good standing with the IASF, and the Event Producer.
PAID BIDS: (PARTIAL PAID)
- Paid bids will be awarded to the top scoring big eligible teams and/or
- Event producer discretion may be factored into the final bid allocation.
- If necessary, bids may pass down in order of ranking by score.
AT LARGE BIDS
- Will be awarded to the top scoring bid eligible team across all divisions.
- Event producer discretion may be a factor in the final bid allocation.
Dance score qualification requirements: teams must score a minimum of 70 to be eligible for a bid.
WORLDS BID ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS ARE LISTED
PAID BIDS ELIGIBILTY
- The program of the bid receiving teams must have 100% All Star program commitment for the event.
SCORING, RULE, DIVISIONS
- All scoring, rules, and divisions will be on the IASF systems.
TIE BREAKER
In the event there is a tie for a bid, the event director will award the team with the highest raw score after two rounds of competition.

ATHLETE & GYM OWNER CODE OF CONDUCT
By registering your team via the Hit Zero platform to compete at an ATC&D Event, you are agreeing to the following:
- I have read, understand and will abide by all ATC&D rules and regulation.
- I understand that competitive cheerleading or dance is an activity that presents the possibility on injury. As a coach who understands this risk, my athletes have received proper training.
- I understand all risks and will always place more emphasis on the safety of my athletes than on competitiveness.
- I will follow all ATC&D rules and regulations. I understand that any violation of the rules and regulations could result in a penalty, point deduction, or disqualification.
- I will abide by the age and/or grade requirements (IASF Rules and Guidelines) for all divisions that my terms are competing in. I understand that I will be required to provide proper age and/or level verification at time of check in at an event. Falsifying age and/or grade requirements will result in disqualification from competition.
- I will accept all judges' decisions as final and not question the integrity of said judges. If there is a valid protest, the head coach may file a complaint. if, for valid purpose, I register a complaint, I understand that this complaint will be addressed after the competition.
- I understand that any action taken by a parent, family member, friend or competitor in approaching an ATC&D staff member or judge will result in a penalty point deduction as well as forfeiting the coach's right to protest or review the tape. At all times, I will support results of the competition as I am a role mole for my program.
- I will promote fairness and demonstrate appropriate sportsmanship throughout the competition, as well as require all persons affiliated with my program to conduct themselves with the same appropriate sportsmanship.
I understand that ATC&D reserves the right to remove any persons from the competition for unsafe or unsportsmanlike actions that may occur both onsite or on social media.
