ATC&D commenced its brand within the Australian All-Star market with a clear and precise focus on camps, education, and choreography, committing to the advancement of the industry within the country.
With a 10-year-long streak of success in service to the all-star industry, ATC&D are bringing all our connections from the global markets and networks in which we participate together for the first time in over a decade, to serve the Adelaide All-Star Cheer and Dance community.
The conference is designed to be educational, advancing your knowledge of cheerleading, dance, and business to a heightened level timed to allow your preparation time for implementation in the upcoming season.
The workshops led by global industry leaders are designed to be beneficial for the gym owner, the coach, and the athlete - with segments designed to be interactive & theory-based learning.
This two-day conference held at the Adelaide convention centre will be your gateway to looking at how the industry is evolving, allowing you to keep pace with the world's best.With two full days of structured learning, workshops, break-out rooms and networking events, your conference experience will be intimate and highly valuable for the current state, and future planning of your all-star program.

Jibreel Rayam - Director of the IASF & Global Entrepreneur - In-person Presenter. 

Jibreel is the current Executive Director of the IASF. He oversees the day-to-day operations and strategies of the organization. Playing an integral role in all of the departments of the organization he is a key leader in the Allstar discipline. He is an integral member of the International All-Star cheerleading committee and takes pride in being an educator within the sport of cheerleading all over the World.

Over the past 15 years, he has focused on the standards of scoring and education within the international community.

A spirit industry entrepreneur who started his journey as a business owner at age 18 in the state of Washington. His industry portfolio consists of many businesses.

Co-Owner, and Director of All Things Cheer & Dance Australia. Owner of Pure Energy Entertainment. Co-owner of Natural Venom Allstars.

He is the former Worlds program director and in-house choreographer of Vancouver Allstars. Director, Scoring director and judging coordinator of Varsity Spirit Canada. As a scoring official, he brings 15 years of International Championships judging experience. Jibreel is a head scoring official at numerous championship events in Australia, Canada, Colombia,

Costa Rica and the United States. Being a scoring official at the Summit Championships is one of his highlights in the USA.

Liz Gigante Ulrich - World renowned conference speaker & World & Summit Champion coach - Virtual presenter

Owner of G Force Gym, a 17,000 sq ft state-of-the-art training centre specializing in All-Star Cheer and Tumbling. We have two locations and over 1000 members. G Force Gym is the home of the Vancouver All-Stars and Liz is still Coaching Levels 1-7 and just attended the 2022 Worlds where 5 worlds teams placed 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, 5th and top 20.

Liz was a member of the Entrepreneur Organization for 8 years and is a part of a Business Forum with like-minded entrepreneurs from other industries. Liz is an 11-time Judge for the ICU Worlds Cheerleading Championships and was on the IASF Council (prior to covid).

Additionally, Liz is a Presenter & Speaker at many Coaches & Gym Owners Conferences and has spoken at: The Varsity Gym Owners Conference, ATC Conferences, Cheer Evolution Conferences and various State and Provincial Conferences.

Kyle Schmitt - Scoring specialist, international head judge & attorney - In person presenter

Kyle Schmitt has 20 years of knowledge and experience in All-Star Cheerleading. She is a former All-Star coach and current veteran judge since 2012. Kyle has had the honour of judging the most prestigious events in the industry including The MAJORS, CHEERSPORT Nationals, NCA, UCA All-Star Nationals, ATC International, The Summit, and The D2 Summit and The Cheerleading Worlds.In addition to panel judging, Kyle has extensive experience serving as an Accuscore representative and served as the Scoring Director for CheerMatch.

Throughout her career, Kyle has received national praise as one of the highest-rated judges in the industry, including awards for Varsity's Best All Around Judge of the Year in 2018 and 2019.

In her spare time, she practices law in South Florida.

Jesse Cooney - International head judge, International Choreographer/Instructor & Perfect Storm Athletics Calgary Director - In persona presenter
Jesse Cooney has been in the cheerleading and dance industry for over 27 years.
Starting in scholastic cheer, Jesse won many regional, provincial and national championships. As Allstar cheerleading began to take over cheerleading in Canada, Jesse joined many elite programs in southern Ontario. From there, he began a choreography career which led him into a professional career taking him all over the world. His choreography has appeared in Wild Card, Summit and World Champion routines. As a dancer, Jesse’s work has appeared in live concerts, music videos and most recently, his Freestyle Pom team – Velocity – which represented Team Canada Performance Cheer at the 2021 ICU World Championships.
Jesse has been a judge for the sport of Cheerleading & Dance for over 20 years. His career has taken him all over North America, Costa Rica and of course…Australia! Jesse has been on panels at the highest level in Canada and specialized as a building judge at The Summit.
Jesse is the current Allstar Director of Perfect Storm Athletics overseeing the development of athletes and coaches in Western Canada.
He is very excited to be a continued part of the All Things Cheer & Dance Australia family and wishes everyone the best of luck this weekend!
Danelle Cooney - Melbourne Cheer Academy, ACSA Board Member and Technical Committee Chairperson, 2018 Team AUS Coach - In-person presenter
Danelle is the Owner and Program Director of Melbourne Cheer Academy and has coached cheerleading since 2007. Danelle won the 2019 AASCF Mentor of the Year award and her work so far on the ACSA board as the first gym owner representative has included policy development, education for gym owners and advocating for vulnerable groups. With a background in psychology and child development, Danelle is passionate about representing and supporting gym owners and coaches, assisting them to build a community focused on the protection and positive development of the children and young people in our sport.
Tony Gonzalez -  Master choreographer, Dance Worlds Judge & Hollywood Choreographer/ Producer - Virtual presenter
Is a professional Choreographer, Creative Director, Casting Director and Producer from Los Angeles, California. Just finished a quick stint with Harry Styles. Recently choreographed 22 Broadway-inspired Commercial spots for American Express. Small Business. Tony continues to work with the Bring It On franchise. Wrapped another BRING IT ON MOVIE,#7 for the franchise and SYFY Television Channel . Releasing end of September and airing in October. Choreographed the music video for Olivia Rodrigo “GOOD 4 U” with 340 million views. Finished production on a new youtube series for Disney. Tony was a Creative Choreographer and Casting Director on the Fox series “The Masked Singer” Season 2-6. Currently working on a new pilot for NICKELODEON airing in the fall of 2022. He continues to collaborate and create choreography for fitness guru Tracy Anderson’s online streaming platform as well as her fitness empire. Tony has cast over 120 National Commercials and choreographed over 330 spots for Network Television. His choreography work continues to progress working with the NBA and NFL Pro Dance teams across the states as well. Keep an eye out for his workshops around the world. Edward Miles - ACSA Board Chairman, Melbourne Cheer Academy, 2018 Team AUS Coach - In person presenter
Edward has been part of the Australian All-Star Cheer industry since 2011 as both a gym owner and coach at Melbourne Cheer Academy and is the current chairperson of the Australian CheerSport Alliance (ACSA). As a coach, Edward led his level 7 team to 4th place at the 2022 World Championships earlier this year (in their second year at the level) and is planning on taking a level 5 team in 2023. Edward’s significant business and marketing background is also a key driver in how he manages the interests of both his club and the national peak body for All-Star Cheerleading and Dance. As the Chair of ACSA, his aim is to encourage the promotion of our sport nationally and set up long-lasting communication between each part of the industry towards becoming a wider community working towards the same goals.
Laura Harris -  IASF Dance Education, International Adjudicator and Educator - Virtual presenter
Laura currently resides in Staffordshire, UK. She began her dance training at the age of 4, following a classical ballet and modern jazz training regime, which led to professional qualifications with the I.D.T.A. and a 22-year ongoing coaching career. As an athlete, Laura performed at the IASF Dance Worlds with England's leading jazz program, later returning to the competition as Coach and Choreographer in Open Pom. Whilst living in Australia, Laura coached and choreographed for Team Australia in Freestyle Cheer at ICU Worlds. Her work has earned multiple international bids in both the UK and Australia, and she has featured in TV productions around dance and cheerleading. Laura went on to work with Team England for several seasons in the Adaptive Abilities Freestyle Cheer division. She now specialises in freelance dance technique instruction and founded the workshop company ‘230 Intensives’ in 2021. As Director she continues to work with programs in Europe, providing choreography, elite coaching and athlete development opportunities. Laura began judging in 2009 and has since completed 12+ seasons of professional judging for major event providers located across Australia, the UK and Europe. Her judging experience incorporates regional, national, state and international championship events, including IASF World bid events. Laura most recently judged at Worlds, representing the IASF in Dance Legalities. She continues to support the IASF in her role as Dance Safety Official. She also works as Head of Science in a secondary school, teaching biology to students aged 11-18.

Jesica McKenzie - ATC&D Marketing Director, Social Media Influencer & Affiliate Marketer - in-person presenter
Jesica began her career within the industry as the Marketing Director for the ATC&D brand, specialising in brand awareness and brand image development. With 10 years in corporate marketing and sales, Jesica specialises in lead generation, brand awareness, and the development of strategies that increase customer lifetime value. Working in an array of industries, from the fitness industry to government, fashion & allied health services, she has found combining practices of growth and development to be the most successful way to generate new clients and customers. Jesica has represented fashion brands at shows during London Fashion Week, and New York Fashion Week built Expo for mining clients from planning to implementation and has successfully designed and implemented Auctions with $20 million value. Jesica’s strength lies in communication, facilitating brands big and small in attracting their ideal client, and increasing their spending, and retention.

Jameel Rayam - 2X NCA Champion Coach, Global Entrepreneur - In-person presenter

Jameel has over 20 years of, experience as a coach, choreographer, judge, consultant and business professional in the cheerleading industry. After college, Jameel founded Explosion Spirit wear and became the CEO of All Things Cheer and Dance (USA). For 10 years he was a member of the ATC Skills and camps International Staff until its the acquisition by Varsity Sport. He is currently the brand manager and staff member for Pure Camps and choreography, and a current All Things Cheer & Dance Australia Director. Jameel has actively coached teams in the valley for the past six years and his accolades include being inducted into the Washington State Coaches Association Hall of Fame, achieving multiple top 10 finishers at the World Cheerleading Championships, having multiple Summit Finalist teams, In 2013, Jameel was voted into the Cheer Biz News Top 35 under 35 for the most influential people in the Spirit Industry. He has achieved Summit Championships 1st, 2nd and 3rd places as well as two times NCA Champions titles. Jameel has worked with athletes all over the world, teaching the sport he loves. He believes the most rewarding part of being a coach is seeing young people set goals and achieve them.

Antonio Pino  - ATC&D Team, Corporate sales & marketing, cheer industry consultant - in person presenter 
Antonio's career in the All-Star industry has spanned 15 years across multiple levels of service to the Australian Cheerleading community. Competing as an athlete at the World Cheerleading Competitions a total of three times, in 2007, 2011 and 2013, Antonio also spent time competing in Hong Kong in 2009. Pino has coached numerous teams to winning state and national titles across the country and has worked as a consultant in the industry for the past 6 years. Having successfully grown the ATC&D Brand to expand into education and premier events across both Perth and Adelaide, Pino bases his success on a 15-year-long corporate career in sales and marketing. His strengths in business lay in the development and implementation of successful growth strategies, specialising in leadership and mentoring roles.

It's our expectation to provide info sessions for all from the athlete looking to improve their skill set, to the coach wanting to increase their techniques and the gym owner wishing to grow their business and increase their market share.
